1. THE PROMOTION

The Vegas Coffee Daily Spin (“Promotion”) is a free promotional game offered by Vegas Coffee LLC (“Vegas Coffee” or “Sponsor”) at participating Vegas Coffee locations.

No payment, purchase, wager, or other financial consideration is required to participate or win.

The Promotion is available during regular business hours at participating locations and will continue until modified, suspended, or discontinued by Vegas Coffee.

The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

 

2. ONE FREE DAILY SPIN

Each person is eligible for one free Daily Spin per calendar day.

The one-spin-per-day limit applies across all participating Vegas Coffee locations. Visiting another participating location does not provide an additional Daily Spin that day.

The Promotion is administered primarily on the honor system. By participating, each person agrees not to intentionally obtain or attempt to obtain more than one Daily Spin during the same calendar day.

A purchase does not provide an additional spin.

 

3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase is necessary to participate or win.

Anyone who wishes to participate without making a purchase may enter a participating Vegas Coffee location during regular business hours and simply request their free Daily Spin from an employee.

No purchase, payment, loyalty membership, registration, or other financial consideration is required.

A purchase does not:

• improve the participant’s odds of winning;

• provide an additional spin;

• provide a different or enhanced prize;

• provide a different version of the game; or

• provide any other advantage in determining the outcome.

A no-purchase Daily Spin uses the same software randomizer, has the same 1-in-7 odds, and awards the same prize as a Daily Spin offered following a purchase.

 

4. PURCHASING CUSTOMERS

For operational convenience and consistency, Vegas Coffee will ordinarily offer a participant’s Daily Spin after the participant’s transaction has been completed.

This applies to both walk-in and drive-thru transactions.

The fact that Vegas Coffee normally conducts the Daily Spin after a transaction does not mean that a purchase is required.

A person who wishes to participate without purchasing anything may simply request their free Daily Spin inside the store.

A person who has already completed a Daily Spin that calendar day is not entitled to another Daily Spin by subsequently making a purchase.

Likewise, a person who receives a Daily Spin following a purchase is not entitled to an additional no-purchase Daily Spin that same calendar day.

 

5. DRIVE-THRU PARTICIPATION

Drive-thru customers will ordinarily be offered their Daily Spin after payment and completion of their transaction.

This procedure helps Vegas Coffee maintain an efficient drive-thru operation and prevents prepared food or beverages from being abandoned after an order has been prepared.

The timing of a drive-thru Daily Spin does not make a purchase a condition of participation.

Anyone wishing to participate without making a purchase may receive the same free Daily Spin by entering the store and requesting it from an employee.

 

6. HOW THE DAILY SPIN WORKS

Every valid Daily Spin is determined by the Vegas Coffee software randomizer.

Each valid Daily Spin has an exactly 1-in-7 chance of producing a winning result.

The outcome is determined entirely by chance. No skill is involved.

The visual appearance, animation, wheel design, number of displayed sections, colors, stripes, graphics, or other decorative elements do not determine or alter the participant’s odds. The software randomizer determines the result.

The displayed wheel is a visual representation of the Promotion and does not itself establish the mathematical probability of winning.

Participants may not purchase additional spins.

 

7. INITIATING THE SPIN

A Vegas Coffee employee will ordinarily initiate the Daily Spin.

Inside the store, a participant may request to press or activate the spin button personally.

For drive-thru transactions, an employee will ordinarily activate the spin for the participant. A participant may request to activate the spin personally where doing so is safe, practical, and permitted by the employee.

Regardless of who activates the spin, the software randomizer determines the result and the odds remain exactly the same.

 

8. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning are:

Each valid Daily Spin has the same 1-in-7 probability of producing a winning result.

A purchase does not increase or improve those odds.

The number seven is used as part of the Vegas Coffee brand and promotional theme.

 

9. THE PRIZE

A winning Daily Spin awards one official Vegas Coffee promotional poker chip.

Each winning chip is redeemable for one eligible non-alcoholic beverage offered by Vegas Coffee, up to a maximum retail value of $20.00.

The winning chip may be used toward any size eligible non-alcoholic beverage and may cover available beverage customizations, including flavors, alternative milks, additional espresso shots, energy additions, blending, toppings, and other beverage add-ons, provided the total retail value does not exceed $20.00.

If the selected eligible beverage exceeds $20.00, the person redeeming the chip may pay the difference.

No cash, credit, or change will be provided if the selected beverage has a retail value of less than $20.00.

Alcoholic beverages are expressly excluded.

A winning chip:

• has no cash value;

• may not be redeemed for cash or cash back;

• may not be exchanged for a gift card;

• may be transferred or given to another person;

• may be combined with other eligible Vegas Coffee discounts or promotions unless the terms of another promotion specifically state otherwise; and

• remains subject to the expiration date printed on the chip.

 

10. FUTURE-VISIT REDEMPTION

A winning chip is intended to be redeemed on a future visit to Vegas Coffee.

A winning chip may not be applied to or used for the transaction or visit during which that chip was won.

The chip may be redeemed on any subsequent visit, including a later visit on the same calendar day.

This requirement is administered primarily on the honor system.

 

11. MULTIPLE CHIPS AND STACKING

Winning chips may be accumulated.

There is no general one-chip-per-visit restriction.

A person may redeem multiple valid winning chips during the same visit, with each chip redeemable for one eligible non-alcoholic beverage in accordance with these Official Rules.

For example, a person possessing three valid winning chips may redeem all three during one visit for three eligible beverages.

Customers with multiple chips are encouraged to redeem them before the applicable expiration dates.

 

12. TRANSFERABILITY

Winning chips are transferable.

A person who wins a chip may keep it or give it to a friend, family member, coworker, or another person.

The person redeeming a winning chip does not need to be the person who originally won it.

Transfer of a chip does not change its expiration date, maximum value, redemption restrictions, or other terms.

 

13. EXPIRATION DATES

Each winning chip will display an expiration date.

The expiration date printed on the physical chip controls.

A winning chip must be redeemed on or before its printed expiration date.

Expired chips are no longer valid.

Vegas Coffee may periodically introduce a new version of the promotional chip bearing a later expiration date.

Vegas Coffee generally intends to begin issuing chips for the following expiration year on or around July 1 of each year.

may be replaced beginning on or around July 1, 2027, with chips bearing:

This annual rollover allows participants receiving chips later in the year adequate time to redeem their prizes.

 

14. CHIP REDEMPTION

The original physical Vegas Coffee promotional poker chip must be presented and surrendered at the time of redemption.

Photographs, screenshots, photocopies, reproductions, digital representations, or other copies of a chip are not valid.

Lost or stolen chips will not be replaced.

Normal wear does not invalidate an otherwise authentic chip.

Vegas Coffee may refuse a chip that reasonably appears to be counterfeit, duplicated, materially altered, fraudulently obtained, expired, or otherwise invalid.

 

15. EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION

Vegas Coffee employees may participate in the Promotion while off duty.

An off-duty employee participating in the Promotion is treated as an ordinary participant and must follow the same rules as everyone else, including the one-spin-per-person-per-calendar-day limitation.

The complimentary drink or other benefits an employee may receive during a work shift are separate employee benefits and have no connection to the Daily Spin Promotion.

Off-duty Vegas Coffee employees may:

• participate without making a purchase;

• receive the same 1-in-7 odds;

• win promotional chips;

• accumulate winning chips;

• transfer winning chips;

• combine winning chips with permitted discounts; and

• redeem multiple valid chips during a future visit.

Employees may not participate in the Daily Spin while working.

Employees may not manipulate, override, rerun, alter, interfere with, or otherwise improperly influence the software randomizer or Promotion for themselves or another person.

 

16. FAIR AND EQUAL PARTICIPATION

Every valid participant receives the same Daily Spin and the same odds regardless of whether the participant makes a purchase.

No Vegas Coffee employee may require a purchase as a condition of receiving the free Daily Spin.

If a participant is mistakenly told that a purchase is required, the participant should ask to speak with a manager.

Vegas Coffee’s official policy is:

17. HONOR SYSTEM

Vegas Coffee may refuse participation where an employee reasonably believes a person has already completed a Daily Spin that calendar day.

An accidental duplicate spin does not alter the Official Rules or create a right to additional Daily Spins.

 

18. FRAUD, ABUSE, AND TAMPERING

Vegas Coffee may refuse participation or prize redemption where it reasonably believes a person has:

• intentionally attempted to obtain more than one Daily Spin in a calendar day;

• manipulated or attempted to manipulate the software randomizer;

• interfered with the Promotion;

• counterfeited, reproduced, duplicated, or materially altered a winning chip;

• obtained a chip through fraud or misconduct; or

• otherwise materially violated these Official Rules.

Vegas Coffee reserves the right to take reasonable steps to protect the fairness and integrity of the Promotion.

 

19. TECHNICAL OR OPERATIONAL ISSUES

Vegas Coffee may temporarily suspend the Daily Spin at a location if the software, equipment, internet connection, display, or other system necessary to operate the Promotion is unavailable or malfunctioning.

Vegas Coffee may also suspend or modify the Promotion where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, operational, security, or technical reasons.

No participant is entitled to manipulate, rerun, or repeat a Daily Spin because of a visual animation issue when the underlying software randomizer has successfully generated and recorded a valid result.

 

20. MODIFICATION OR DISCONTINUATION

Vegas Coffee may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Daily Spin Promotion where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, operational, security, technical, or business reasons, subject to applicable law.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

Valid promotional chips already properly issued will remain subject to the terms and expiration date applicable to those chips unless redemption becomes prohibited by law.

 

21. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Alcoholic beverages are not eligible prizes and may not be obtained using a Vegas Coffee winning chip.
